The Museum Visits You
Your students can experience the Center for History without having to
leave your school building. You can enhance any number of topics by
having a member of our education staff visit your class. Most audio/visual
presentations also include artifacts (some which can be touched!) that will
add another dimension to the topic/theme you are teaching. Currently the
Director of School Programs offers the following topics:
The American Civil War
The Holocaust and World War II
St. Joseph County Industrialization
The Fur Trade in Northern Indiana
The Oliver Chilled Plow Works
Shipwreck!
