Author Jane Simon Ammeson will talk about local travel and history at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, at The History Museum. She will sign copies of her recently-published book, 100 Things to Do in South Bend Before You Die, in which she lists the museum, featuring Copshaholm, the Worker’s Home, and the Navarre Cabin, as places not to miss when in the area. The presentation is free and includes self-guided tours of the Worker’s Home and the Navarre Cabin, where museum staff will be available to answer questions.
